The San Diego League of Gentlemen (SD-LOG) is a membership organization for Gay, Bisexual and male-identified Transgender men seeking to explore and expand their identity as Leathermen. Members promote brotherhood, values, tradition and our common link with the Leather community. Our quest is to educate, experience and understand the needs and desires of ourselves and other men who share our journey. We promote the free expression of our sexuality and the liberty of spirit in learning about BDSM and living as a Leatherman. As one of a spectrum of San Diego Leather organizations and clubs in San Diego, SD-LOG’s core values are truth, honor, respect and brotherhood.

SD-LOG offers a place for Leathermen to learn, teach, mentor, support and celebrate our intimate desires with truth, honor and respect. We hold monthly Learn and Play Experience Sessions during which SD-LOG members and guest presenters offer information about various aspects of the Leather lifestyle and BDSM practice, and quarterly members-only events to build deeper and mutually beneficial connections with each other. In addition, we offer social events and other opportunities for members and guests to get to know each other in person; form bonds that create tribal and family connections that harbor and protect us; and share our history, traditions, experience, fetishes, kinks and viewpoints.

SD-LOG networks with all other Leather/kink/fetish clubs in the San Diego community that share our overall goals of bonding, community-building and encouraging safe, sane and consensual play. By hosting public events in collaboration with other organizations, SD-LOG promotes a coalition that welcomes all Leatherpeople, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. We commit to building on the history of the Leather community as our collective charter, and to mentoring future generations of Leathermen to help them explore their sexuality in safe, friendly and mutually supportive ways . SD-LOG’s private events allow the creation of safe, intimate spaces where we can relax with each other, and hopefully build friendships that will last for decades.

SD-LOG is an all-volunteer organization administered by an open board of directors.
