Florida LeatherSir Leatherboy - Florida Community Bootblack (FLSb-FCBB) were competitions and awarded titles held at the Florida Regional Contest weekend in Fort Lauderdale, Florida between 2016 and 2021. These titles served as feeder titles to the International LeatherSir Leatherboy and International Community Bootblack competition (ILSb-ICBB). Gen 5 is committed to prioritizing the most marginalized among us, to the betterment of all of us. Leather is Activism. Leather is straying from the norm to stand up for what we believe in. Whether it be fighting for human rights and sexual freedoms, working with local communities to defund oppressive and corrupt systems, creating safe online spaces when disease prevents us from being together or just holding space to bear witness and hear what our Community needs to tell us, we will stand up for what is right.
