Decorum Alliance is a Leather family led by Master Madame Navia o'Kink, A Black LeatherWoman with a history of service in the Dallas Fort Worth community.

The patch was designed with the background of the inverted Greek symbol for strength; the Book of Knowledge for continuous education; a Tree of life, symbolizing strength and growth; The heart of Leather pride; and a centralized void for what is yet to come.
