The House of Kane

The House of Kane was founded in 1987 by Master Daniel Kane and his brother Master Steven Kane. The House of Kane has been active ever since, outside of a small break during the late 90s after Daniel and Steven parted ways. Grandmaster Daniel Kane then picked up the mantle as Head of House until his passing in 2014. His slave, Master-slave Sayuri Kane, shortly thereafter, became Head of House until December 2025, where she passed Head of House to Master PB Kane, who is the current Head of House.

The House of Kane has always been an educational House focusing on sharing education with others through in person training, teaching at Leather conventions, Zoom calls, and Dungeon Monitoring. They have always believed in, "each one, teach one" and that is one of their mantras for their patched members in the different communities.

The House of Kane holds advocacy close to their hearts. It is a core value of theirs that they share with their community as they uplift and empower marginalized voices, community outreach, and creating safe spaces at all their events. They believe every person deserves human rights and to have an equal seat at the table. The House of Kane will stand up to and against any who deny rights to others due to racism, sexism, homophobic, transphobic or any other bigoted ideologies or behaviors.

Finally, The House of Kane has had several Leather and other Title Holders over the years. It falls into their belief of sharing their knowledge and making sure anyone who is seeking, has a place to learn.
