Bring the Quilt to an Event! Request the Leather Quilt Please use this form to request the Leather Quilt for display at your event. First name* Last name* Event Name* Date of Event* Address Where the Quilt Will Be Shipped* Thank you for your interest in displaying the Leather Quilt at your event. Below please note some important information: The Leather Quilt is reserved on a first come first serve basis. You may reserve the Quilt up to one year in advance, but no more. You are responsible for the shipping fees to and from your event. There must be a person (legal name) designated as the responsible party/ on site caretaker for the quilt before we send it to you. If different from the event producer, it authorizes that individual to communicate with and give instructions for the Quilt. The Quilt is quite large and you are responsible for providing the frame(s) to display the quilt safely. It is suggested to use heavy duty pipe and drape frames. With the quilts current size, it works extremely well and is much easier and less of a trip hazard than previously used lighting frames. If you need information regarding the current size of the quilt please contact us. The squares are 12" x 12" and will come with quick links. Please remember this is a historic piece and many of the patches are irreplaceable, handle it with care. You are permitted to arrange the columns to suit your event, but PLEASE keep square rearranging to a minimum and if it is necessary to move a square you are expected to put the quilt back in the order it was shipped to you. The quilt must be accessible by people attending your event and they must be able to take photos of and with the quilt if they choose.. Please plan your display area accordingly. Many people wish to add their square at an event they attend where the quilt is being displayed. Allowing additions is at the sole discretion of the producer of the event. Additions, if allowed, must be supervised by the onsite caretaker so no damage is done to the quilt. Before a square is allowed to be added we must have all documentation on the square. Please do not allow additions that have not submitted all necessary documentation. Due to the size of the Quilt, events wishing to display the quilt may request request the Quilt in full or only half. If you have questions about shipping costs or providing an adequate frame, please let us know before reserving the Quilt for your event. We are here to help. It was located at 1417 Dutch Valley Place Northeast. At the time it was one of the premier play spaces in the United States and the epicenter of BDSM, Leather, and fetish lifestyles in the Southeast United States.
